Leon-Alexander Hübner was born in Kyrgyzstan and raised in Latvia. He studied jurisprudence in universities of Frankfurt on the Main and Freiburg.
After passing the second state exam and admitting to the bar in 2004, Leon-Alexander Hübner worked in global economic and taxation organizations in Darmstadt, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, as well as in Frankfurt on the Main, in national/international contractual, company/commercial and taxation law departments, in the field of M&A, court proceedings and arbitration.
In 2008, Leon-Alexander Hübner joined a leading international group specializing in special-purpose glass and glass-ceramics production technologies on position of a company lawyer and Senior Legal Counsel. After that, he was invited to hold an appointment of a counsel and Head of Russian Desk in a trust with offices in Liechtenstein and Zurich. After many years of working experience as a company lawyer and Senior Legal Counsel in a large clinic chain in Germany, Leon-Alexander Hübner was taking a position of General Counsel in a leading concern manufacturing food, beauty, and medical products during the period of 2017 – 2020.
In 2020, Leon-Alexander Hübner established HÜBNER’S ATTORNEYS AT LAW.
